Seventh Tradition
Every OA group ought to be fully self-supporting declining outside contributions.
All members honor the Seventh Tradition by contributing financially and
by doing service in their group.
All members benefit from the services provided by all service bodies and the World Service Office.
While virtual meetings seem to have no direct expenses, our Seventh Tradition reminds us of the
importance of supporting our Fellowship as a whole.
The VIG pays its expenses* and splits the excess as 60% to WSO and 40% to VR.
*VIG expenses: website, Representatives' fees for the Virtual Region's virtual Assemblies (Group
Conscience meetings), WSBC Delegate(s) expenses to annual conference (Group Conscience event)
per current budget, 501c3 expenses, PayPal fees, Bank fees.
Please note: standard fees associated with on-line giving my apply.
You may want to considering making larger donations monthly, as the fees will be lower.
